Please note ALL clients wanting Injectable Cosmetic Procedures will need to book a consultation as you will need a full face assessment before treatment is provided. This is called an Aesthetics Consultation. Often Anti-wrinkle injectables (Botox/Dysport) can be performed at the same time of consultation, where dermal filler / thread etc require a larger booking time. If you have had treatment before elsewhere please feel free to book both a consultation and treatment for the same time. Each type of injectable consultation requires a $50.00 deposit to be paid at the time of booking. This fee covers the time taken by the injectors to assess each client, answer all questions and concerns and make a treatment plan. The consultation fee will be deducted from the treatment price if treatment is performed on the day. This is non refundable and will be kept if the appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice to the appointment time or simple do not show for the booking. All online appointment bookings are pencilled in and you will be confirmed via email if these needs to be a slight change to the time selected. Please double check the date and time of the appointment in your confirmation mail.
